1.3 Employees, judges, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

2.1 Registration fees are non-refundable unless the organizer cancels the event.
2.2 All registrations must be completed by the deadline. Late entries will not be accepted.
2.3 Participants are responsible for ensuring their registration details are correct.

3.1 All performances must adhere to the time limits specified for each category.
3.2 Costumes and music must be appropriate for a family-friendly audience.
3.3 Participants must submit their music files via email or disc.
3.4 Any use of pyrotechnics, props, or other special effects must be approved by the organizer in advance.

4.1 Participants will be judged based on technique, creativity, stage presence, and performance.
4.2 The decision of the judges is final and cannot be contested.
4.3 Scores will be shared with participants upon request after the competition.

5.1 Participants and their supporters must behave respectfully towards all attendees, staff, and competitors.
5.2 Any form of harassment, bullying, or misconduct will result in disqualification.
5.3 Damages to the venue caused by participants or their supporters will be charged to the responsible party.

6.1 By participating, you grant Gotta Start Somewhere permission to use your photos, videos, and performances for promotional purposes.
6.2 Participants waive any rights to royalties or compensation for the use of their media.

7. Gotts Start Somewhere! is not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or loss of personal belongings during the event.
7.2 Participants must ensure they are in good physical health to compete.

8.1 The organizer reserves the right to modify the event schedule, location, or rules as necessary.
8.2 Participants will be promptly notified of any changes.

9.1 Participants may be disqualified for failing to adhere to these terms and conditions.
9.2 Disqualification decisions are final and non-negotiable.
